What is a guest house ?
A guest house or gajîn in Japon is a inexpensive hotel and a accomodation for visitors who have no local relatives to stay
with. In a Guest house, you only share the commun parts(kitchen, bathroom, laudry). You have to pay a deposit and have to pay a cleaning fee when you leave.
Our Booking terms and conditions :
Children 10 years or under are not allowed
Children up to 10 years and under 16 years stay free in family room, acompanied by an adult
We are sorry, but we do not have the facilities to accommodate children or pets
photocopy of your photo ID (Alien Registration Card, Passport, Japanese drivers licence), and a ¥30,000 deposit.
¥5,000 cleaning fee (kept on your deposit)
Methods of payment :
Cash or Cheque (with bankers guarantee card). Sorry, at the present time we are not able to accept Credit/Debit card payments.
